The Diary Game : 30 Days to a Better Me: My Gym Diary(January 27, 2023 )

It was my 30th day at the gym and I was feeling pretty good about myself. I've been hitting the gym regularly for the past month and I could already see some improvements in my body. I was excited to see how far I could push myself on this milestone day.

Ako ay nasa gym sa aking 30th day at feeling ko sobrang ganda sa sarili ko. Nagsisimula na ako mag-gym regular sa nakalipas na isang buwan at makikita ko na may improvement sa katawan ko. Excited ako na malaman kung gaano ko kaya i-push sarili ko sa araw na ito na milestone.

I arrived at the gym around 7 PM, which is my usual time. The gym was pretty crowded as usual, but I was able to find an empty treadmill. I started off with a warm-up walk for 5 minutes, then I increased the speed to a light jog for another 5 minutes.

Dumating ako sa gym around 7 PM, usual na oras ko. Medyo maraming tao sa gym pero nakahanap ako ng empty na treadmill. Nagsimula ako sa warm-up walk for 5 minutes tapos nag increase ng speed sa light jog for 5 minutes pa.

After my warm-up, I moved on to the weight machines. I did 3 sets of 12 reps on the leg press, leg curl, and leg extension. I could already feel the burn in my legs, but I pushed through. Next, I did 3 sets of 12 reps on the chest press, pec fly, and lat pulldown. I could feel my upper body getting a good workout.

Pagkatapos ng warm-up, pumunta ako sa weight machines. Ginawa ko 3 sets ng 12 reps sa leg press, leg curl, at leg extension. Nararamdaman ko na yung burn sa legs ko pero tinuloy ko pa. Tapos, 3 sets ng 12 reps sa chest press, pec fly, at lat pulldown. Nararamdaman ko yung upper body ko nagwo-workout.

After the weight machines, I decided to hit the free weights. I started with 3 sets of 12 reps on the bicep curl and tricep extension. I could feel my arms getting pumped. Then, I finished off with 3 sets of 12 reps on the shoulder press and lateral raise. I could feel my shoulders getting sore, but it was a good kind of sore.

Pagkatapos ng weight machines, pumunta ako sa free weights. Nagsimula ako sa 3 sets ng 12 reps sa bicep curl at tricep extension. Nararamdaman ko yung braso ko nagpapump. Tapos, tinapos ko sa 3 sets ng 12 reps sa shoulder press at lateral raise. Nararamdaman ko yung shoulders ko nagsasakit pero yung magandang klase ng sakit.

After the weights, I moved on to the cardio machines. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike. I was really pushing myself to see how long I could go. By the end of it, I was drenched in sweat and feeling accomplished.

Pagkatapos ng weights, pumunta ako sa cardio machines. Ginawa ko 20 minutes sa elliptical at 20 minutes sa stationary bike. Talagang pinapush ko sarili ko na malaman kung gaano ko kaya mag stay. Pagkatapos nun, basa na ako sa pawis at feeling ko accomplished.

After the cardio, I stretched for about 10 minutes to cool down. I felt really good after my workout and I was proud of myself for pushing through and hitting my 30th day at the gym. It was a great feeling to know that I had come this far and I was excited to see how much further I could go.

Pagkatapos ng cardio, nagstretch ako for 10 minutes para cool down. Sobrang feeling ko ganda pagkatapos ng workout at proud ako sa sarili ko na tinuloy ko at nakapag gym ako sa aking 30th day. Sobrang ganda ng feeling na alam ko na ganito kalayo na ako at excited ako na malaman kung anong mangyayari sa susunod na 30 days.

All in all, the day at the gym was fantastic. The amount of work I had completed in just 30 days made me quite thrilled. I was confident that if I worked hard and consistently, I could achieve my fitness objectives. I was eager to find out what the upcoming thirty days would offer.

Overall, sobrang ganda ng araw ko sa gym. Sobrang happy ako sa ginawa ko sa 30 days. Alam ko na kung consistent at dedicated ako, makakamit ko yung fitness goals ko. Hindi ko na matitigilang malaman kung anong mangyayari sa susunod na 30 days.
