Warm greetings, business friends, wherever you are, I hope by the grace of God you are in good condition and facilitated in the business world. Through this post, I will introduce myself as a businessman from Indonesia. Then, I also don't forget to offer my greetings of introduction to the Admin and Moderator who have created this best community and all members of active users who have participated in developing the community.

Actually, I've been wanting to join this community for a long time, but there are one or two things related to finances that made me unable to join. I've been involved in several communities on steemit and I'm very happy to be able to join this best community. I thank @cindycam for inviting me to join this community and I have also asked him a few things about this community.

Meanwhile, I have also attended a business meet-up event held at Culture Cafe Alue Awe, Lhokseumawe City. This meet up received direct support from the community admin and at the meet up the speaker was @ponpase as Mod Indonesia. Who am I ?

Introduce my name Ikmal Haria Muna, people call me Ikmal. I have joined the steemit platform in 2018, had a vacuum because I was busy with college and in 2020 I was active again. I'm trying to stay connected on the steemit platform with several communities here, especially the Busines Activity community. I graduated from Diploma III majoring in Mechanical Engineering at a state faculty called Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. After graduating from college, I was involved and managed a Honda repair shop business called Mitra Service, which was owned by my father.

We provide a variety of spare parts for two-wheeled vehicles ranging from the Vario, Honda, Suzuki and others brands and also provide riders' needs such as helmets and also service repairs, maintenance, and replacement of components of a machine or other equipment. When I am involved in this business, for the future, my dream is to make this workshop business more advanced and growing, from there, if our business is more advanced and the customers are more crowded, we will add branches of our business in other areas.

This business venture was built 5 years ago. Since 2019 I have only been helping this workshop which was previously managed by my father's younger brother and I learned a lot while helping my father's younger brother and also looking for experience on how we can manage and run the workshop business so that it is even more advanced. The experience I have gained has given me the opportunity to enter the world of business. After graduating from college majoring in Mechanical Engineering I took over and fully managed this business because I already knew, studied and understood about Machinery. I think with the knowledge that I have gained on campus, I can apply it in business in order to advance our business in the future.

Business Goals

• Generate income and profits that I can use as capital to open branches in other areas and also for daily needs.

• To reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia by creating job opportunities for other people.

• Can repair damaged two-wheeled vehicles to make it easier for drivers to drive.

• Utilizing the knowledge I have gained about Machinery to advance the business.

Why do I want to be an Entrepreneur?

Other workers will do the work for me and I will be more focused on running the business. When I am able to run my business properly and progress, I can consider myself a successful entrepreneur. Because entrepreneurs also teach us to train our mindset to be more creative and productive, the more we want something, of course we will be more active and diligent to get the satisfaction we want.

Vision

The vision of my workshop business is to become the best general repair shop and provide complete engine components and become the first choice of consumers after an official workshop to carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs. Give the impression of satisfaction to consumers both when repairing vehicles or buying engine components and spare parts.

Mission

• Equip workshop facilities in accordance with automotive-based technology needs

• Creating new concepts and conducting surveys to find out the list of customer satisfaction.

• Cooperate with other parties to increase the profit of the workshop.

• Be fair and wise towards every worker who violates the workshop rules.

• Creating a clean and tidy environment in the workshop.

• Improve work discipline and loyalty to workers in the workshop.

• Develop a network of workshops in all cities in Indonesia.

Here we employ 3 employees with good and friendly character and of course responsible for repairing damaged consumer vehicles. Through the skills of workers in a day each worker is able to repair about 4 vehicles. And until now our family is on good terms in this business.
