Who ?

Introduce my name is Muhajir I come from Indonesia I have a business of a meatball noodle cart, Which is a very famous Indonesian culinary in our cart providing various types of meatballs and other menus.

Both my company and the warehouse for producing meatballs are in my own house, because we sell using a cart. In the future, my dream is to create a meatball stall that is magnificent and luxurious when I already have money in the future. I am a meatball entrepreneur who has a career for 10 years following in my father's footsteps. Since 2012 I started my career by helping my father sell and I learned a lot by helping my father and looking for experience in how we run a business selling meatballs using a cart. In the future, I want to apply modernly and want to build a big blessing specifically for selling meatball noodles.

I also build a network to reach access to various social media sites so that many people can know. As well as product marketing I also rely on social media and advertising services from influencers.
So, I have been in the business world since 2012 following my father. Experience has given me to enter the business world. Now I am growing my business through social media based on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. With a simple and easy marketing model, I continue to develop my business in a modern way.

CORPORATE STRATEGY

Meatballs are a food made from meat. Generally, it is shaped like a small ball so that Westerners call it a meatball. The distinctive taste and chewy texture make meatballs preferred. Bakso is a food that can be consumed by all ages starting from children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. So this meatball is very safe for consumption. Meatballs, which are said to have originated from China, have become popular in all parts of the world, including Indonesia. This business has a target market for the upper middle class, but it is also possible for the lower middle class to be able to enjoy this culinary. The process of making meatballs and other ingredients is very much considered in the process of measuring spices and beef, to the spices that really determine the taste of the food produced, so it requires precision, accuracy, and patience in the manufacturing process.

Meatball Main Ingredients:

• Sago flour

• Grilled Meat

• Egg

• Marica

• nutmeg powder

• Salt

• Plain plain water

• Ice

• Broth

• Gingling oil

• Shallot

• Garlic

How to make delicious meatballs:

• the first Puree the garlic and add salt, pepper, nutmeg powder. Grind the meat until smooth, and mix with sago flour and add the spices that have been mashed and add ice cubes and eggs, then until smooth.

• secondly, heat the water to a boil, when it boils, reduce the heat and take the meatball dough to shape it into rounds according to the taste we want.

• Enter the meatballs that have been shaped according to our taste, both small and large, and boil the meatballs until cooked and floating, then remove and drain.

The vision of our company is to become a culinary that is able to give a satisfied and delicious impression to consumers, as well as improve the quality of culinary in Indonesia.

Management Style

In the industry we want a management style that is relaxed and often close to employees and listen to complaints and opinions and ideas from each employee. Be wise and fair to every employee who does not follow company rules. Ensure the selling price is competitive with other meatball sellers. Price is one of the important factors to win the competition with other meatball entrepreneurs.
