RE: Sixth Curatorial Report of @steemcurator08 by Life and Humanity Curation Team

I see people giving votes to your comments which can be used to curate posts that need even these type of small votes.

Can you please ask curators to distribute these votes to those who seriously need them and not vote on comments made by you?

I am making this comment not to demean the spirit of decentralisation but to just make people realise that authors who do not get even small votes will get motivated if these votes are diverted to their posts.

The steemit team has already mentioned this a multiple times in the past. Apart from that other influential users have also advised users not to do that. I guess we can't really do anything to stop people from voting on Sc01's comments. But maybe there's something that could be done, for instance, a vote sanction for every user who does that on every comment. Maybe this way we'd be able to spread the curation all over the communities and not just on the comments of sc01. It's pointless to vote on sc01 comment in my opinion.

We don't need to put sanctions.

I think the reason people vote on these comments is because they want to get the attention of SC01, because if they did not want that they would use these votes to curate good posts only.

The current situation looks like people donating money to Elon Musk or Bill Gates. 😂

No, you didn't understand the word sanction here. Maybe I wasn't able to convey it in a good manner. Remember we have a rule here of not being eligible of recieving support if we're not in any clubs, or having low voting CSI, or voting our own posts too much.

In the same manner, maybe if we could have the announcement of not voting users who constantly keep on voting on Sc01's comments, we would notice a drastic decline in this practice and in this way we'd be able to diversify voting.

And don't worry about getting Sc01's attention. They read each and everything. Almost everything posted on steemit is reviewed by the team.
