It has come to the end of another week, which is week 34 of being steem representative.

The week runs smoothly, as I carried out my duty effective as a steem representative. Took part in some learning challenge and was a little busy offline.

Highlight of the week

I was thrilled to see good numbers of steemians that I'm coaching making quality content and my promotional whatsapp page has a lot of activities from this ones. I also run some promotional advert on my social media which has a lot of reactions. I got a new skill of graphics from steemit and I promoted it on my social media page which gives a positive look on steemit.

My activities was fine I would say

I supported 216 posts with my upvote and a voting CSI of 15.9

I commented on users post and made myself available to those that needed my help. Then I upvoted quality creative content, I didn't hesitate to give some guidelines to users that were at my inbox for questions.

To be able to answer them all I booked appointment I make out time and run a whatsapp video call, sharing my screen so as to help show some things the steemian asked was interested of knowing. I already have a channel where I scheduled time to coach them on markdowns and every other things they need to understand and this has really helped them to understand the platform the more and continue creating creative content. I give motivational speech there as well and this has helped them to stay active.

Promotion

I initiated a power up to boast my steem power, and it is my regular routine. I helped and encouraged some users to also initiate power up as well. I have already promoted the new steemit learning challenge contest to new users encouraging them to take part in the ones they will be comfortable with.

I do not hesitate to help anyone that comes to my inbox. I'm impressed by the outcome as most of them have put into practice what they learn. They contribute positively to the blog by creating creative content.

Personal blog

To the best of my ability, I tried to take part in some learning challenge so as to learn some skills on this platform. I encourage other users to learn too and they are really doing so effectively. Thank you steemit team for this initiative it is really educative.

As a steem representative, I always make myself available and approachable by all who needs help. I took practical steps in helping users to the best of my ability. I do regularly support users with delegating steem power to newbies to boast their account. I'm committed to any projects that is initiated by the steemit team as well for a better future of steem.

As the week progresses, I hope to give maximum support as usual to the platform to the best of my ability and support activities initiated by the steemit team.
