Weekly Report as Steem Greeter on Newcomers' Achievement Program | Jul 06 - Jul 14, 2022

In this report, I will be summarizing my activities as a Greeter in the newcomers' community for the time period 06-07-22 to 14-07-22. I verify the introduction tasks and guide the newcomers from Pakistan and try to cover other countries in South Asia as well. I also verify other achievement tasks that are in English or Urdu.

I am investigating and guiding the cases that I have put on hold and will verify after the users provide a satisfactory response.

The rules of the achievement program have been modified. We ensure that the rewards are being utilized in joining power-up clubs instead of just being exploited by content farmers.

These changes have helped in decreasing the number of community abusers. On the whole, there are lesser achievements to verify than there were a few weeks ago.

Message for Female Muslim Users

I have noticed that new female users are reluctant to share their pictures for verification of achievement 1.
Unfortunately, there's no other option, they must share their picture, either publicly or privately on my discord.

This goes for everyone, even relatives or friends of CRs and other well-known users.

This rule is not set by me. I'm just performing my duty so there's no point in debating with me.

If any new female user doesn't trust me with her picture then it's fine. She can skip the achievement program and start her Steemit journey without it. It would be a little difficult to build credibility but there are many well-known and talented users who didn't get themselves verified but their content speaks for themselves.

However, I assure everyone that your pictures are kept confidential. No one can see those except me.
