In advance, I apologize for my delay in making this week's report, but it does not reduce my activities in advancing and developing Steem and Steemit in my country and also in the area where I live as a state representative for Indonesia.

Warm regards to everyone, especially to the Steemit team, Curator01, and Curator02. this is a summary of the report I am working on for the intended date period, in support of advancing the Platform as well as Steem.

1. As a country representative I continue to promote Steem where I live and where I work, in the form of small talk in a community forum or simple conversation in some places I go. the promotion step remains to introduce steem investment first, steemit is the second thing after they know Steem as an investment. as much as I've discussed in this post IT WOULD BE NICE, IF FIRST PROMOTE STEEM INSTEAD OF STEEMIT

2. As a country representative, I also asked and discussed the club200 policy discourse with some users I know, and this has become a hot discussion. as far as I've heard and according to what I think, this is more or less going to be burdensome for users, it's kind of debilitating for those of us who want to see Steemit become a thriving blogging ecosystem with a lot of great users. I personally as a country representative prefer the way I mentioned above, which is to invite and promote potential new users to invest in Steem by buying it and joining Steemit. that way it burns 25 Steem, and merges into club5050, club75, and club100 much better than club200. this is purely a personal view as a country representative who loves Steem as well as Steemit, and purely a suggestion for the right as a country representative to convey the circumstances surrounding the development of Steem and Steemit in my country. the point is that I personally reject the club200 idea a little, and am more inclined to consistently burn 25 and the club5050, club75 and club100 initiatives.

1. Initiated a Mini engagement Challenge contest in the Hot News Community with the Hot News Community Team, with a total prize pool of 50 Steem from a personal wallet. This contest has ended with a participation rate that I rated good and encourages users, especially in the Hot News Community for the advancement of the Steem blogging ecosystem. (Suggestion: it is expected that there is support from Curator01 and curator02 to contest participants, both good contests in the Hot News community and other communities.). 2. Verifying user posts in the Hot News Community is also a help for users to see how far their accounts and posts have progressed.

3. Setting aside Steem revenue from curation to hold contests, hopefully, in the future, it can get greater support to be able to hold engagement challenge contests every week with even greater Steem Power prize totals. this is one of the community's independent steps to adopt Steemit engagement contests beyond the support of Curation01 and curation02, the community will have contests with decent prizes.

4. Continue to make posts that I hope are of good quality in the Hot News community or Steem Indonesia, as encouragement and a good example for users.

1. Curating with a personal account every day, as a form of support to Steemians from Indonesia.

2. In the period from August 25 to September 01, 2022, curation has been carried out with personal accounts, for 60 authors with a total of 121 curations and 95 percent from Indonesia. the amount of percentage given is 50% and 75% based on the quality of the post.

In the period August 25-01 September 2022 I have done a 100% Power Up, with a total of 140,090 Steem Power Ups and 0 withdrawals, down 30 Steem compared to last week's period apart from being a form of a campaign to strengthen accounts or Power up, this is done to strengthen accounts as an effort to increase influence on the Platform.
