Introduction

7 days have gone since my last CR report and its time to make a fresh one. As a CR, my work cuts across mentorship, recruitment and assisting newbies in my country. Here is a report of my activities in the last 7 days.

1. Powering up to remain in Club75

Remaining in club75 is as important as anything. So I made sure I do not transfer more than 25% of my earnings over the last 2 months. That is exactly what I have done and hence remain in the club. You can see a screenshot of my transaction history below:

2. Update on Steem Business Directory - 719 Steem Powered

The first week of Steem Business Directory has come and gone. It was really a huge week as our promoters where able to reach out to and successfully convince 3 small business to invest in Steem. A total of 719 Steem was invested. You can see details of the effort in the update below:

3. Convincing @gabcash to invest

I was able to successfully convince another small business to invest in Steem. It has not been easy to get these businesses to buy Steem, especially for a service that we simply promised them to offer. Many of these businesses just took a risk. It will be a matter of time before they really come out with the main investment. They are smply taking risk, which is why they have started small. @gabcash invested 277 Steem as can be seen in his wallet below. I am yet to instruct the business to write introduction post.

4. Proposing and making my first #all4null post

While everyone is interested in Steem growth, ideas keep coming as to how to achieve it. Pormpted by the Steemit team to suggest what #club200 will look like, I with another user @jueco came up with the #all4null proposal. With this proposal, we encourage users to make at least 1 post each week and burn the Steem by setting the rewards 100% beneficiary to @null. Maybe this together with other projects will be key to a future healthy price of Steem in the nearest future. You can see the proposal below:

5. Contests

Our Community SteemAlive have been known for contests. I make sure to always publish contests on Sundays, so that our users will have something to work on the following week. You can see our contest below for the week.

Plans for the week.

I made this Schedule below for last week but could not carry it out because I was waiting for some clarifications on the Steem business directory. If no further directions were received, I will proceed with the original plan, assuming that nothing is wrong with the plan.

  • Run Sponsored ads for Steem business Directory
  • Physically visit local businesses and introduce Steem Business Directory to them
  • Make a Radio presentation for Steem Business Directory
  • Hold a physical meetup for Steemians in Aba
  • Run Steem mentorship classes online.

Conclusion

It was really a challenging week. But, I will continue to work hard and see remain poised. I hope things go as planned.
