Weekly Steem Representative Report

Dear Steemit Team,

I'm excited to share an update on my activities as a Steem Representative from last week. It was a fantastic week! I had numerous conversations with fellow Steemians through phone calls and chats, offering assistance wherever possible. I organized a contest, distributed rewards to the winners, provided guidance to newcomers, and supported other users. Here are the details of my activities:

Greeter:

I feel the new reform in the Newcomers' community appears to be effective in helping new users familiarize themselves with the platform and in reducing scams and multi-account usage. We are currently in the process of organizing everything, and we aim to have most of the tasks completed by the end of this month. We have reached out to community leaders, and they will collaborate with us to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new users. Communities are categorized into three tiers, with most of them agreeing to allow new users to post in their communities after being greeted. Some communities require new users to submit their first progress report, while a few insist on users being experienced before sharing content. @the-gorilla has posted an article about thiis.

In addition to this, I guided new users via WhatsApp and welcomed newcomers to the Newcomers' community.

Mod Steem4Betterlife:

I organized an engaging contest that saw participation from 40 different users. I also announced and rewarded the winners. I have initiated another contest, and I anticipate active participation from many users. I also reviewed posts within the community.

Personal Account:

I supported other users with my SP and my Community Support Index percentage reflects this. I engaged in meaningful interactions and, most importantly, powered up to grow my account. It was a satisfying week as I reached a significant milestone in my Steem Power. That’s all for now, and I look forward to continuing to be a valuable asset to the community.
