The conclusion of the year occupies a significant portion of my time in the real world, rendering my presence on the platform unproductive. This is primarily due to the time spent publishing posts, rather than engaging in moderation and support for Steemians. Additionally, I actively participate in the weekly contest publications on the Steem for Betterlife Community homepage.

The active contests released this week are:

  1. Street Culinary
  2. Hope Contest: What is Your Vision for Steem’s Future by the End of 2024?

Both of these contests are ongoing contests. I consistently select the same topic each week and make necessary improvements. Every contest I release will provide rewards in the form of Steem Power. The amount of reward varies between 9 and 12 Steem Power, but occasionally the amount of prize distribution increases to 15 Steem Power. Changes in the amount of prizes are determined by the number of participants who participate in each topic.

Based on the contest evaluation, the topic of Street Culinary lacks enthusiastic participants. To address this issue, I propose implementing several changes and attractions to entice participants to participate in this contest. For instance, utilizing the application developed by the developer to facilitate collaboration between participants.

Print rates (0.000% SBD and 100.000% STEEM) influence the number of users actively engaged in writing. This can be observed in the number of active posters and posts released every minute in general post searches. However, I believe that this factor does not play a significant role in the problem. I assume that other factors may also contribute to this issue.

As an active admin, I provide guidance to content creators, emphasizing the importance of using copyright-free images as a fundamental aspect of image selection and proper attribution to image owners.

Beyond the use of relevant tags, such as club status, I strongly advise against using the club5050 tag or similar tags without a clear justification based on the history of the power-up involved.

Here is the Steem Representative report for this week. I hope that I can continue to fulfill my duties and functions effectively and encourage charitable donations from the World Smile Project and wox-helpfund.

Upvoted! Thank you for supporting witness @jswit.

So you are a moderator which makes you SR?
Am not into food, so not much to join. Culinair is expensive, don't cook either.

No... SR has nothing to do with community moderators.

However, I can carry out my role and provide guidance through the community that I built.

Joining another community is not a consideration for me in providing guidance because each community has its own rules.

There are many things that can be done as an SR, but in the last 1 year I have been busy in the office, so I have not been able to do many things.

Thanks for explaining. It sounds like a lot of extra work, feels as if being on a hold or stand by (sounds like my job LOL). How cool is it to be SR still privacy, time for hobbies? Bedtime for me. A good end of 2024 and happy 2025.

In my opinion, Contributing to this platform is not limited to SRs; anyone can actively participate and make a positive impact.

Admittedly, I sometimes feel embarrassed by the SR label. I have not had ample time to engage in distinct and beneficial activities for the platform’s development. However, I am confident that I will find the opportunity to do so in the future.

Presently, I allocate my spare time between work and family responsibilities. I sometimes question whether I discuss my hobbies with the expectation of receiving rewards. While I enjoy my hobbies, I do not perceive the reward aspect in the middle of them. However, on this platform, it may be more appropriate to express hobbies by anticipating an imbalance. This perspective may be subjective, and I am certain that other users may hold different viewpoints.
