Curation Report Week #03 by Team 1 – May 2024

Hello friends, hello Steemit team!

We, as members of Team -1 Community Curators, are delighted to present our third weekly report. We only select and curate posts that adhere to all the rules as specified in our Team Guide lines, and the posts so curated. We are going to submitting the report summary here.

This week from 15 May to 21 May, we curated 168 posts through the @steemcurator04 account. About 25 posts and five comments are upvoted per day, and each day we have selected the best of them based on their quality and motivation and presented them here. As already mentioned in our Guide Lines post, all four of us have been interestingly involved doing their work on the days allotted to them.

A great reality of the origin of diseases shares the user in this publication, where changes in the composition of food and bad habit, have made that there is an accelerated increase of many diseases today, where it is very true that we do not take care of our diet and unfortunately once we are sick if we do not take care of it we collapse, that we are forced only by disease instead of doing it from before. Diabetes is one of the diseases that are part of this reality of bad eating habits.
