First of all, the Finance, Business & Crypto curation team... which consists of the following members @dilchamo - @reddileep - @shemul21- @fredquantum - @nane15 - @pelon53-@kouba01 would like to send our sincere thanks to the moderators for the opportunity they gave us to be able to collaborate In developing the Steemit platform through the tasks assigned to us to select the best content written in this field.

In this article, we will define the most important conditions and instructions that you are required to respect and follow in order to get the vote. We, the curation team, pledge transparency and impartiality in selecting the best and most useful articles so that all users will benefit. Therefore, we invite you to do your best and diligently to write unique and pertinent publications.

Guidelines and Instructions

Like all contests, it imposes on us a set of rules that we must follow and respect to participate and accept articles to upvote on. Our rules are not complicated and we are used to them, and they are as follows:

• You must write an article of at least 300 words whose content belongs to topics of finance, business, cryptocurrency...Be as detailed in your articles as possible. Don’t just work towards raising the 300 minimum required words in your article. You should also be creative as you present your work.

• You always pay attention to grammar/spelling, correct formatting, and use a distinct style to portray it in a professional manner, which always grabs the reader's attention. If you do this on a daily basis, you will also grow as a professional blogger in the long run. Additionally, use royalty-free images with attribution and, if possible, produce your own.

• The Proof-of-Brain in Steem Blockchain has been designed to reward the original content creators. So any act of spam/plagiarism is always discouraged by the community. Use the Small tools “plagiarism checker” to self-check your content to see whether it’s unique and free from plagiarism before you post it on steemit.

• Include in your message among the top five hashtags #fbcrypt, #steemexclusive #finance, #business or/and #crypto

• Only entries from people who do #club5050, #club75, or #club100 will be eligible for reward votes, and users who are turned off will not be voted on and will be considered disqualified from participation.

• Our team allows articles to be written in different languages. Our members have a wide range of cultures and knowledge, which allows us to accept all articles.

We will evaluate all entries based on the following criteria:

• Faithful representation of the text/subject (Use images from copyright-free sources and showcase the source, if any.)
• Good Grammar/spelling
• Without spam/plagiarism.
• Whether or not to follow established rules
• Proofreading
• Original content

Work Organization Within Our Team

We also informed you from the beginning that we have internal coordination in the team that has been working since the early days to overcome all difficulties and facilitate the smooth flow of work. Therefore, the curation was divided among all members according to the days of the week as follows:

Each curator must nominate one post per day with a brief note of why each post is selected and send it to our team member who publishes the weekly Steemit Pod Team Report. Then a total of 7 posts will be selected to be honored with an additional vote.
