Curating Guides:

To successfully implement our curating efforts, we have established the following guidelines for our curating efforts: I hope that everyone will review them carefully and adhere to their practices.

• We will support posts and comments throughout the Steemit platform, regardless of any tag or community (inside or outside).

• All posts must be plagiarism-free and if you use images, they must be your own or copyright-free with proper source attribution.

• We will strictly consider AI generated content, which is a high level of abuse. (We will verify the poles with the detectors)

• The publication must be #steemexclusive.

• Users must be free of bot votes.

• Posts must be at least 300 words in length. Exceptions may be made for exceptional posts with fewer words if they meet our quality standards.

• Since we will support good comments, the voting percentage will be 10% to 15% depending on the quality of the comments.

• As suggested by the Steemit team, we will give some flexibility in these guidelines (aside from plagiarism and AI generated content) for highest quality posts

We will leave a comment on the post that is curated, with the name of the team member.

Voting Percentage:

We will be voting with the steemcurator account and the following percentages have been set to manage the voting power.

The percentage will be between a range of 30 and 50%, this will be determined by the curator on duty.

Curation Timetable:

To execute this curation process efficiently, we have assigned weekly responsibilities to four team members as follows.

At the end of each week, we will present a report with weekly statistics and the top seven posts selected by the team members.
