Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 21th to 27th June, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my 11th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

Last week was a very pleasant one for me. Because last week I got my 5th dolphin. I am always aware of my Steemit growth while performing all my duties on Steemit. Also I invested 700 Steem this week.

My 11th week from 21th to 27th June, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

My Activities as Community Curator

I'm working as a community curator this month and I curated with @steemcurator04 for three days between the 21th to 27th June. Details of my curation day are given below:

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

Gave guidelines to Newcomers users :

I am always trying to help newcomers. Because they as new users don't know about the various rules and regulations. So I am always ready for the newcomers to grow them on the platform with proper guidance.

As many new users don't know the correct idea about the #burnsteem25 project. So they make a mistake in setting up the beneficiary post. So I have given guide on using #burnsteem25 tag and setting 25% Beneficiary in @null account. Post Link

I have also observed the following user issues :

• There are many users who do not power up at the correct time even after the power up time has passed. I encouraged them to power up at least once per month.

• Recommended to use correct tags as per article.

• I have given users an idea of ​​what the size of the images used in the article should be.

• What I've noticed every week is that users don't use their voting power properly. Hence their voting CSI is usually below 5%. I advise users to try to use their voting power to keep the voting CSI above 5%.

I also serve as moderator of three communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

• I also created an announcement post to welcome new moderators to my community. Users of the platform are invited from any country.

So that we can further help and support users in every country. Our community is committed to doing better to support all users and make our community stronger.

Investment

I purchased 700 steem last week. The details of which I have presented in the above screenshot. It cost me 16,480/- in Bangladeshi Taka to purchase 700 Steem.

My Power Up Activities

I have increased my steem power more in the last week. After purchasing 700 Steem I power up 900 SP from my total Liquid Steem. My total Steem Power is currently 25,144.45.

After giving 900 steem power ups, Alhamdulillah, I got the 5th dolphin of my steemit journey. With that, I look forward to moving forward with the conviction to work more strongly with the Steemit platform. Also I would like to give a huge thanks to the Steemit team for supporting me a lot from the beginning. I will be eternally grateful for their support.
