Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 28th June to 4th July, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my 12th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

My 12th week from 28th June to 4th July, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

My Activities as Community Curator

I'm working as a community curator this month and I curated two days between the 28th June to 4th July, 2024. Details of my curation day are given below:

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

Gave guidelines to users :

• I have seen many new users not powering up on time. I always encourage them to do regular power ups.

• Also many new users make mistakes in their post titles and tags. For example, when using tags, two different tags are used together instead of side by side. Also they spell the tags wrong. As soon as I see these problems, I correct their mistakes and always give them suggestions to do things right.

• There are many users who use less than 300 words in their articles. Informed them about the criteria for an article.

• Also last week I identified a user of Self-Plagiarism who has committed this offense many times. She used the same text in multiple posts. I have warned him about this. Post Link

• Last week I noticed that there are many new users who are voting on their posts without realizing it. I have asked such self-voting users to refrain from voting on their own posts. And advised other users to use proper way of getting their voting by upvoting their posts.

I also serve as moderator of three communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

• From my own account I organized a contest. 📢📢 Contest : Share your Daily Work. (Week-03)., I have declared the winner distributed 06 Steem among winners.

Curation Guidelines

I have again been selected as curator for the month of July/2024. I have created Curation Guidelines for July 2024 for Team3. In which I have included all the rules for curating and selecting posts and the work schedules of team members.

I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
