CR Weekly Report

It’s been an amazing week steeming from Cameroon as a Cameroonian steemian and serving as Country Representative to Cameroonian steemians.
A lot of personal and community progress is being made with respect to the realization of Steem Cameroon’s objectives of attaining 100K SP as well as creating a vibrant, engaging, retaining and rewarding Steem Cameroon Community.
As usual, I always break down my reports into the Community report and then a personal report of my activities

Steem Cameroon Community Report

Some of our major achievements of the week include;

We stopped the tagging of Country Representatives and Steemit Team by Cameroonian steemians.

I was the lead Country Representative incharge of educating Cameroonian steemians on the importance of why it’s important for them to stop tagging the Country Representatives and the Steemit Team to their posts. The results from this initiative have been amazing with us the Country Representatives now having an 85% decrease in the number of tags we get from Cameroonian Steemians.

We created a Steem Cameroon Blogs Review and Curation Spreadsheet.

Steem Cameroon Community has over 150 members and we have successfully added over 80 members to the Steem Cameroon Blogs Review and Curation Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet was created so that we can be able to use it to track all the blogs we have reviewed and ensure that all blogs are reviewed on a weekly basis. As such, when a Cameroonian Steemian’s blog is reviewed and curated, it’s checked so that the next Country Representative reviewing and curating will not need to visit the blog again. This strategy was put in place so as to promote equity in curation and blog reviews among all Cameroonian steemians
I reviewed 31 blogs of which about 9 were dormant.

The #powerup is puts us in line with our goal to achieve 50K SP by December 2021.

Last week's power-up challenge was launched and a report from the previous week's challenge presented; and prizes given to participants.
