In the previous two posts about Pancasila, I have explained the basics of the Indonesian state, written from every precept of Pancasila and the meaning of every basis of the country. I have also explained about Garuda Pancasila and the meaning of each symbol, so that on this occasion, I will discuss the final part of the Pancasila theme as the basis of the next Indonesian state.

In this akhri section, I will explain the application of Pancasila values in the daily lives of Indonesian people, as a way to continue to maintain the spirit and how to implement the ideals of the state contained in the Pancasila. This has proven to be going well until now so the Indonesian people become a society that has manners and morals and upholds human values. In addition, Indonesian society has become a large group of people who continue to maintain democracy and have a high sense of tolerance, so that they can live side by side despite different tribes, cultures, and religions. This is the result of applying Pancasila values that are always done in everyday life, and continue to be taught to the next generation.

The application of the first precepts of Pancasila in everyday life

---

In the first Pancasila which reads 'Belief in the one and only God', the Indonesian nation requires every citizen to have a religion in accordance with their respective beliefs and recognize the existence of God. The state recognizes 6 religions that can be used as beliefs for the people of Indonesia, and the 6 recognized religions are Islam, Protestant Christianity, Catholic Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The state also guarantees every citizen to practice worship in accordance with their respective beliefs without any differences and provides religious holidays for all religions, even all communities can celebrate these big days. The first is the relationship between man and God.

Examples of the application of Pancasila values in the first precept in Indonesian society are :

1. People have the right to worship and celebrate their religious holidays.
2. The community respects every other religion and respects the worship and holidays of other religions.
3. People should get along with each other and socialize with other people who have different beliefs in realizing security, peace, and unity of the nation.
4. The community continues to maintain harmony among religious people with positive things and interact with each other.
5. Do not insult each other and discriminate between religions in everyday life, because belief is a matter of each citizen.
6. And there are many others who relate to this first precept of Pancasila.

The application of the second precept of Pancasila in everyday life

In the second precept in Pancasila which reads 'A just and civilized humanity', the state expects every citizen to maintain moral values and manners towards fellow human beings. It is important to humanize humans in a civilized manner and full of compassion and mutual respect so that human values become the priority. This is also applied in the family environment and also society, as a way for life to run well and be full of compassion for fellow humans. Even respect and respect for human beings not only fellow Indonesians, but respect for all human beings even from different countries.

Examples of the application of Pancasila values in the second precept in Indonesian society are :

1. People are expected to love each other among family members.
2. People are expected to respect each other and respect others in their environment.
3. The community is expected to help each other when families and people around are experiencing difficulties.
4. Help each other with various things and still prioritize human values.
5. Maintain manners and manners among each other.
6. And there are many other examples of the application of Pancasila values for this second precept.

In the third precept in Pancasila which reads 'The unity of Indonesia', the state expects that all Indonesian people can maintain unity and unity in various good ways and full of the spirit of unity. So the values of unity become an obligation to be kept always and applied in the community in the application of Pancasila values, especially in the third precept. Examples of the application of Pancasila values in the third precept in Indonesian society are :

1. Everyone should always cooperate in various matters without discriminating against religion, ethnicity, taste, and culture.
2. Everyone equally maintains brotherhood and harmony in their environment.
3. The state expects all people to appreciate and respect the differences that exist around us.
4. People in each region must love their own culture and also love the culture that exists in Indonesia as a pride.
5. Every community should have a sense of love for the country and all that exists in Indonesia.
6. Every citizen prioritizes mutual assistance for everything that requires a community solution.
7. And there are many more applications that can be done in accordance with the third precept of Pancasila.

The application of the fourth precept of Pancasila in everyday life

The application of the fourth precept of Pancasila is prioritizing deliberation or solving something based on discussion to find the best way. This is in accordance with the sound of the fourth precept of Pancasila, namely 'Democracy guided by the inner wisdom in the unanimity arising out of deliberations amongst representatives. This reflects that Indonesia is a country whose people always put forward discussions to determine something so that later the decision can be agreed upon and appreciated together. This fourth precept prioritizes the importance of discussion or deliberation in making decisions. The application of the four precepts of Pancasila is related to the importance of deliberation

Examples of the application of Pancasila values in the fourth precept in Indonesian society are :

1. Resolve problems and situations and make decisions that are in the public interest. People are expected to be able to consult and attend these activities so that later decisions can be agreed upon together.
2. Always appreciate the opinions and advice of others.
3. Appreciate and respect any deliberative decision and do not riot if it is not by the wishes.
4. The community is expected to uphold the value of togetherness to get the best results.
5. And there are still many other examples of the implementation of the values contained in the fourth Pancasila sila.

The application of the fifth precept of Pancasila in everyday life

At the end is the application of the values of Pancasila's fifth precept which reads 'Social justice for the whole of the people of Indonesia'. In this section, the state is present to provide a sense of justice for all Indonesian people, with various policies and regulations from all aspects of life. So that the community is expected to prioritize the values of justice in everyday life. So that things that cause problems and require resolution can be resolved with the basics of Justice. Likewise with all forms of policy, which prioritizes the interests of society above the interests of any group and group. The emphasis on the application of these precepts stems from a sense of justice for all.

1. Prioritize rights and obligations in life in society and government.

In the end, the application of values in Pancasila is very important to be done by the people of Indonesia, as a form of love for the homeland, to realize the ideals of the nation contained in Pancasila. So efforts in realizing the ideals of the nation to become a great country that is fair and prosperous can be realized later.
