Hello steemian, This is Week 2, let's go back to learning about something else that is much more interesting. On this occasion we learn about effective classroom management, here is an introduction for all of you.

👨‍🏫 Definition of Effective Classroom Management

Effective classroom management is several things that are interrelated with the way a teacher, lecturer, or mentor strives to present and create an environment that supports growth for students and students or when carrying out learning activities.

The goal is to create a positive environment, build good relationships with students, facilitate positive communication between students, help students stay focused on their tasks, and also minimize things that interfere with student learning and are less than comfortable.

Based on data from several studies on effective classroom management, it was concluded that the purpose of classroom management is:

  1. Create a conducive class situation and conditions.
  2. Eliminate barriers in teaching and learning interactions.
  3. Provide and organize learning facilities.
  4. Build and guide according to his individual qualities.

These four things are the basis of why effective classroom management is important to pay attention to and also apply. In other words, effective classroom management is beneficial for the implementation of the learning process effectively and efficiently. Efficient and effective learning is measured according to the values of Education adopted today.

The components of effective classroom management include many things, managing the physical classroom environment, managing student behavior, using various teaching methods to ensure each student can understand the material in the most appropriate way, and many other things.

Designing and conducting good classroom management can create a conducive learning environment and fun for students. This can improve the quality of learning in the classroom so that the results of the learning process can be achieved by targets and expectations.
