  • Classroom management is the collective form of measures taken by a teacher to conduct the teaching-learning process smoothly and efficiently. Adopts effective classroom management. Learning is interesting, spontaneous, engaging, permanent, lively, cheerful, long-term, supportive for management students. As a teacher, we want to ensure that classroom management isAt the end of the lesson we want to achieve specific results through a students.

That is, we expect a nice feedback at the end of the lesson. In order to create an effective classroom environment, students must first be attracted to themselves. And I will slowly create that environment for them to focus on the part. Discipline must first be correct for an effective class system to succeed. Today I will try telling stories, reciting poems, singing songs, etc. to make things simple and interesting. And I can use lesson related materials to make jute easy to understand hands-on. I think teacher teaching method is the best method. Each teacher uses different methods to motivate students. I was the first to enter the classroom and accept the greetings. And exchange kushal with them, discuss about how are you, have you eaten etc. Then I categorize. I allow weak, speech impaired, special needs children to sit. thenI try to listen to poetry, story telling, songs, etc. from children to make jute interesting. Sometimes I do it myself with the kids. Sometimes I give handwriting competition to students and sometimes drawing competition.

  • So how happily they try. There are some weak students who don't try to read very easily. I go to them and see their handwriting and hold itteaches them I use more specialized techniques to teach. I try to teach weak students even with strong students. Due to which weaker students can study faster. I try to repeat the reading according to the daily reading. Next day I repeat the previous reading. Then I teach new chapters

Proper effective class management can have many constraints. May not be the same for all organizations. Different organizations may have different types of problems. However, in practice, I noted the problems that hinder our class teaching

(1) Discipline(1) If there is no discipline on the part of the students, it is not possible to overcome the learning deficit. There are many disruptions in teaching. It is not possible to achieve 100% lean results.
(2)Classroom size(2) If the classroom is small, the students are more, then it is impossible for the students, it is not possible to give proper lessons.
(3) Teacher behavior(3.) The first step in receiving lessons is the behavior of the teacher. If the behavior of the teacher is refined, sincere with the children, then easily the students will be sincere towards the lessons.
(4) Educational materials(4) It is important to use materials to make teaching easy and interesting Use of lesson related materials is a must. Many times students do not master learning easily.
(5)Teacher shortage(5)If there is no teacher according to the student. Then eventually there will be a shortage. Some schools have 3/4 hundred students. There are only 3-4 teachers, it is not possible to give proper education in that field. Teaching will be disrupted

Effective classroom management and learning must have a contractual relationship. The learning contract maintains responsibility and discipline between student and teacher. Beside behaviors are clear teachers know what behavior is expected of them and how the class is used.
