SECOND QUARTER CARD SLIP GIVING
Good day steemians!
Second quarter has finally closed. We close it by recognizing students who excell in the said quarter. We had our card slip giving yesterday.
We started our card slip giving with a prayer. This is the best start in every gathering. We filipinos really started with a prayer so that our event will be successful and if challenge will come, we will be able to conquer it.
Afterwards, I presented the money collected by the school in the second quarted and where does it go. And from the money we collected minus the expenses, the school still had almost 90,000 php on hand. It is very important to be transparent especially when it comes to money.
Afterwards, I then gave the card slip to those learners who wasnt able to receive any awards.
Afterwards, I then called the learners with perfect attendance for the whole second quarter. I practice giving this award so that all of them will be motivated not to absent in class. Especially I had a very competitive class yet very cool.
Afterwards, I then gave their most awaited certificate for being the top students. Those who got 88-89 grade will be given a certificate with Achievers. Those who got 90-94 will receive a certificate with Honors, 95-97 will receive a cert with High Honors and the last one will be with Highest.
And for this quarter, my highest ranking is with High Honor who got 97 grade. And I had 3 learners who belong to with High Honor and the two of them got 95 grade.
Afterwards, I thank the parent for supporting their kids by coming over the school. In the picture you can see that I also let the parent stand and took the cert. The best feeling I know they felt during the giving of cert.
That is all for now. Merry Christmas everyone!
Sincerely,

Giving certificates to students who excel is a good step to encourage them to continue to maintain the achievements they have achieved. In addition, financial transparency is also an important factor so that accountability can be maintained.
