Dear friends, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah, we came again to see that we finished the first week and the second week contest. In the second week, my dear brother @fantvwiki very beautifully discussed the classroom environment, management, planning and implementation to brighten the center of education. I am going to answer some of the questions he gave in that context.

Effective classroom management is very important. Every teacher knows what their own classroom needs to manage. He will base on what he will teach and arrange accordingly. My classroom is a religious book classroom. The value of that book is very high in the acquisition of education. Which we call a great book. To protect his sanctity, I did not use high tables and chairs in the classroom. I have used a high table in the classroom and the students will sit down and study the Holy Quran on that table.

We have also arranged LED lights, by which to study in dark light. I made electric fan air. Because of which students and teachers will be taught effortlessly in the shade of coolness. Now let's "plan" the first step to achieving success. Without a plan, the thought of implementation can not be forgotten. Adopt a weekly plan monthly plan for each student. Also, pledge to implement it at the right time accordingly and continue to try and harden.

All that is taught in our classroom. Most of them are Qur'an-ul-Kareem teachings. Besides, it is our important task to educate the students in the good education of Islam. In this regard, honesty and fairness are taught to all. Basically the evaluation of education. Religious education is more important to get the right evaluation through acquiring knowledge. Also, using the resources of this management properly is a fundamental lesson for us. And righteousness is the greatest lesson for us. Therefore, proper use of resources and evaluation of learning is very important.

The main reason for learning in the classroom is the environment. What I think is the first step to learning in the environment. I am saying this from my personal experience. Our teachers should, first of all, create an environment according to the education they teach in their classrooms. A good environment is a very important educational achievement. The main activity of the country is cleanliness. Students should understand how to understand this by the environment, so that they can understand that this is taught here. A blackboard to beautify the classroom environment, table for reading. Some calligraphy about that teaching on the wall. And some didactic writing on education.

This classroom environment supports the learning process. For example, as soon as he enters this class, he will realize that it is a class. And here are the Qur'anic classes held. Moreover, those advice writings on the wall make every student interested in reading. To learn this Qur'an, what are the etiquettes to be maintained, and how to memorize. How to memorize the Qur'an? You can also see various prayers written on a wall. Which is done in the morning and afternoon. These are some of the words and advice, they increase the interest of every student to learn. All of these management and environments support the learning process of students.

According to your experience and observations, what factors can hinder effective classroom management? Explain why these things are a hindrance.

Every teacher always wants his classroom to have a beautiful environment. And through this beautiful environment, every student should be educated in good education. I am no exception. I have been teaching at this education center for the last 5 years. These educational institutions are organized by an organization and a foundation. And for some students and parents, or some environmentally, we often face obstacles. Below I am talking about some obstacles from my experience and observa

• First of all: the institution is hampered by some rules, such as creating an environment according to the needs of the teacher, due to some interests of the institution, it is obstructed to create a classroom environment.

• Second: economic management. We are not able to create all these types of environments if we want to. For example, we have not yet installed AC in this organization. Because of which students and teachers and classrooms are hot. This prevents us from arranging the environment according to our needs.

• Thirdly: some inattentive and wicked students, not everyone will be good in all cases. It is seen that there is a rule in the classroom, but some students may be prevented from having a good environment due to not following this rule due to inattentiveness and bad students.

• Fourth: Unqualified responsible for the organization. Not every organization has to be very good and competently responsible. Some are incompetent and to act like incompetent while being worthy. Because of them, we also fall into the danger of environmental beauty.

Effective classroom management has a relationship with the Learning Contract? What do you think about this, explain comprehensively according to your thoughts.

I think there's a deep correlation with the good management of the classroom and the learning contract. I have talked about the power of learning earlier in the contest. There is a matter of sincerity and understanding between teachers and students. We guarantee students to study, to teach correctly and to teach in the right way. I take a plan from them and guarantee to implement that plan. Above I have presented pictures of plans and implementation, in the same way we took an agreement from the students that this plan has to be implemented within this month.

An agreement is made to implement the plan, this agreement will only be successful if we can successfully implement the classroom environment and management. We took the contract to teach them successfully, but if we do not properly emphasize the importance of the Islamic intact environment and management, then the learning contract and management will not match. So learning agreements and environmental management are very important to combine the two.
