Hello everyone. How are we doing today? I would love to thank my Lagos steemalive coordinator @talktofaith for hosting another contest in Lagos which is centered on if we are given the opportunity to meet a Steemian who will it be? I have alot of steemians I look up to in this platform and today I will be discussing about the one Steemian in my country I would love to meet if I am giving the chance.

The Steemian I would love to meet is @focusnow. He is the founder of the @steemalive community. Yes the steemalive community we see today, he was the one that created the community. Steemalive community recruit,retain and rewards members as a way of supporting them. He joined Steemit February 2018 and has a good reputation of 70 points. He is the first person in Nigeria to have a steemit office in Aba Lagos.

I choose @focusnow due to his leadership skills and amazing contest creation in terms of LID report and the diary game. Since I joined Steemit on March 2021,he has never failed to bring up creative contest that will either bring out your creative side or your support side to steemit. He has so much passion for steemit that he set up leaders in per state in Nigeria to guide and coordinate steemians in different parts of the Country (Nigeria) that way no Steemian is confused on what to do on steemit and succeed. He host seminars online and offline to enlightening and encourage steemians, encourages coordinator to try and check up as well as meet up with their assigned steemians this way relationship is built. He try to support every post made in the steemalive community through the steemalive account and steem Curators support that way steemains are encouraged to post more quality content on the platform.

I would love to discuss some few questions with @focusnow which are :

Another way to make your community flourish apart from your community's sp account is the support of steem Curators.
Steemalive community have the support of steemcurator01 and other steem Curators.
Steemians in the community are excited when they received a visit from the steem Curators which will also encourage them to post more contents to attract votes.
I would love to know how he got their support?

Having a reputation of 70 comes with a lot of sacrifice and hard work put into the steemit platform. I would love to know what motivated him to keep on posting regardless of if a vote was attached or not. What made him to keep on post quality content for 2 years without giving up on steemit?

Steemalive is one of the most active community on steemit. @focusnow runs the community smoothly making it look easy.

• I would love to know how he control the community?

• What step does he take to ensure the community runs smoothly and everyone is satisfied and rewarded?

• How does he appoint his team members?

I would love to meet @focusnow and get the answers to the questions I have listed above. It would be an honour to meet him and talk about the future of steemit and how to make Steemit known in Nigeria.
