Every process start with a step, big dreams is being executed by taking small but determined actions. No one is born a giant, no one is born aged, we all grow into what we are. There is a time to be carried, another time of crawling happened until that day we took the first step, we staggered to walk before we perfect it, we could run very well, jump so high because we've overcome some processes.

Many people want to be successful but never want to taste failure. They want to speak fluently but they are afraid of grammatical blunders. They want to have a booming business but don't want to loose a coin. Some want success without paying sacrifice.

Failure is not the end of life. Failure may come as insight, it may come as correction to wrong methods, it may come to brace you up, it may happen to teach life lessons that you won't get anywhere unless it happened to you.

Try again. Fail again. Fail better.

Some fail and stop there, some fail and back down while some fail and look forward. Age is not wisdom, experience make some people to be wise.

Most at times, people don't learn much when task are done easily and yield results unlike when difficulties and failures make it hard to get results, accomplishments gotten through overcoming failures is much more celebrated than easy success.

Never run away from failure, it is an opportunity to try again. When you failed, it shows you tried, it is better to fail than never to try.
