Good day fellow steemians, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you all again to my blog. This is my second entry in this contest and In this post, and I will be reviewing the life of a lady who made history at the age of 19 when she became the youngest African-American Engineer; “Brittney Exline”. Enjoy!

INTRODUCTION

A genius, in psychology, is simply a person of extraordinary intellectual power and I see that as a concise definition.

BACKGROUND PROFILE OF BRITTNEY EXLINE

Brittney Exline Born on February 14, 1992 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Chyrese and Christopher Exline. Brittney was making pyramid designs with blocks at 6 months old, walking at 8 months old and completing 24 - to 100-piece jigsaw puzzles at 15 months old. She is an African-American woman and she became the youngest African-American female to be accepted into an Ivy League school, at 15 and became the youngest African-American Engineer.

• Brittney Exline is a graduate of Palmer High School’s International Baccalaureate program.
• While in High School, she trained and mentored 30 tutors from Pennsylvania.
• She was a Dancer who held many pageant titles including 2004 Miss Colorado Pre-Teen and
• 2006 Miss Colorado Jr. National Teenager,
• She studied anthropology at Harvard University while still in secondary school.
• She received a full scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania on graduation.
• After her bachelor’s degree in computer science, she’s landed a job with a software company.
