I personally support this idea. It will really bond steemians from the location together and learning will be faster. I also want to suggest that each applicant must stay and reside in the same city for which he or she is applying for and state for which city he or she is applying for.

Sure. We don't need to say that. One can't coordinate a city if they are not living there. Thanks though @ngoenyi for the reminder.
