Introduction
Hello. Friends it has been a busy week writing our community contest and doing one or two other things is not easy. But i commend everyone who is trying his or her best to be active with quality contest. Lets talk about exercise today and it's importance to the body.
What is exercise?
Exercise is the movement of the body from one place to another in order to be strong and healthy.
Importance of Exercise
- Exercise helps to improve sleep.
- It prevents us from been too fat.
- It gives us the chance to make new friends.
- It give is more confidence about our health.
- It makes our body to be flexible.
- Exercise helps the bones and muscles.
- Exercise makes us healthy and strong.
*It makes us to grow healthy.
Types of Exercise
Shaking. This type of exercise happenes when our body vibrates as a result of music.
Swimming. This type of exercise is done in the water.
Running. This requires going fast on both feets Such as playing football and athletics.
Walking. This involves going from one place to another with foot placed infront of the other.
Stretching of the body. This is the movement of the body that The body extends to it's full length.
Squatting. This exercise is done with the knees to bring the body down.
My own exercise routine
I love dancing. Because is an exercise you can do even without knowing. I dance almost every day because i love good music. Any time i hear about music i will be moved to dance
Why I will recommend Dancing to someone are
- It give joy to dance.
- It strengthens the bone and muscles.
- Dancing makes our hearts to function very well.
- It puts you in the mood of reasoning.
Conclusion
Exercise is good but we should always take precautions to avoid Injuries. Having seen the importance of exercise try and engage yourself in one today.
