INTRODUCTION

Dear @Steemitblog, I'm much hourned to report back on how the steemit activities in the city I'm coordinating is going. For it's my duty as the City coordinator to give feedback every weekending on the steemit activities of Asaba city,this reports covers all our activities from 13th to 20th September 2021.

ACHIEVEMENTS/RECRUITMENT

It was a week of another style of achievement as we join the steemalive community in the SIM program tag "road show" the road show was a good means for us to reach out to different individuals in their different office and share the good news of steemit with them. Some picked interest to join which signed we signedup an account for them.

The very main aim of the Sim impact network program is to make the steemit and steem blockchain technology known to everyone in door step.
And also recruiting new users and Investors into the steemit blockchain technology.

MEETUPS

We have had several meetings this week during our road show and on our usual zoom cloud meeting ☁️ The essence of the physical or online Meeting is to keep everyone in track also to know how to assist everyone to grow.

@celeb-marvel and @basky14 was the only person present during the online Meeting while during the offline meeting we were privileged to have @Optimistickome because the meeting was held during our refreshments time on our first road Show.

MENTORSHIP

I created numerous group that I'm using for mentorship, the essence of the group's is to always get in touch with every recruits most exspecially the new recruits. I usually use screenshots and screen records to direct them which most of them are get along.

NEW PLAN

This week I will be working on how to make the Asaba blockchain conference
a success.

This conference is in five days time being the Saturday 25th day September 2021
I'm planning on making preparations on how to print the banner, T-shirts and flyers that will be use for the conference.
But the funds at hand will not be enough to carry out all the expenses for the event still hoping to receive more sponsors.
All thanks to @stephenkendal who pledge hundred steem token to surport the conference.

CONCLUSION

I will urge all steemians that are close bye to join us this week Saturday for the blockchain conference. We are still looking for sponsors if you are interested you can drop me a message on the comment section
