I am delighted to welcome you friends once more to a brand new week. Hope we met you in great shape. Steemalive community always run contests every Monday. This give our members a sense of direction or even something to really focus and work on. First of all, we would like to thank and congratulate last week winners. They made great effort to participate, and we have rewarded them as you can see below:

This Week's Contest - A meal a day

This is purely a cooking challenge. Its time to demonstrate your ability to make delicious dishes. For the next 5 days, participants in this contest will show us how to make delicious meals - at least 4 different meals. Its easy if you are the cooking type.

What you need to do

Show us how to cook at least 4 delicious meals. Each day of the contest starting from today, you will demonstrate how to cook a delicious meal.

Note: While you are free to demonstrate any meals, your entry should include how to prepare at least 1 local soup. You could decide to show us how to prepare 4 different soups, 1 for each day. Or you could decide to show us how to cook other meals apart from soup. All we need is 4 different meals, 1 per day. Please how to prepare indomie wont be accepted - its fairly general knowledge.

Detail is important. Preparation steps and cooking methods should be explained in detail. Original images of the ingredients and the finished meal is very important. Participants must take a selfie as they want to begin cooking, and another one at the end of the food preparation.

How winners are selected

• 2nd Position: 9 Steem
• 3rd Position: 6 Steem
• 4th-10th Position: 3 Steem
