Introduction

We are happy to launch this newbie tracker post for all our promoters. As a community that is actively recruiting newbies, it is important to have a way of knowing our recruits and making sure they are supported. First, we want to ensure their introduction posts get verified and that they are supported in their subsequent posts. There are still other reasons why we need a way to keep track of the newbies. So here are all the reasons we need the tracker.

Important Reasons to Track Newbies

• To Welcome them Officially: We need to welcome newbies and make them feel at home. When they see that there is an active and vibrant community, they will be more inclined to Stay. We have plans to announce a Greeters Forum in SteemAlive. The Forum will have a Coordinator and members. Their job is to make sure newbies are announced and welcomed in our Telegram groups after they are verified. So through the tracker post, it will be easy to see all the newbie introduction post links and follow them up.

• Organized way for Admins to support Newbies: Lots of promoters directly message admin with links of their newbies yet to be supported. This creates a long list of messages on the Admin message channels. Having all recruiters drop their link under the tracker post would be a lot decent and organized. Admins can always come to this post and find the newbies to support. This will be ongoing.

• Record Keeping: At the end of each week, admin will make a summary post of all the recruits for that week, the status of their introduction post and number of other posts made. It will be easy to know how many recruits that joined each week and how they are doing. This record will help us work in a more structured and product way.

There could be other reasons why having a central point for locating newbies could provide. We hope that at the end of the day, we have a proper way to account for newbies that did their introduction posts.

How To do it

This tracker will be used strictly by SteemAlive Promoters club volunteers. The links will be dropped in the comment section of this post by verified promoters. We will not attend to any random links dropped by other people. When dropping a link, the Promoter must include this two vital information:

• Recruiter username
• Date of achievement 1 post
• Link of achievement 1 post

Admin will always come to check this post for updates. We will try to support our new members.

Note: After making an introduction post, Promoters should insure that their recruits should make a diary post in the next few days and publish it in our community. They need to join our curation trail as well so that we can verify the newbies. In this way, we are able to support them to grow.
