Are faucets a worth the time spent?
Majority of you will say NO.
I somewhat agree, but it serves a few purposes if done properly.
Let me elaborate.
But before we go further, lets define faucet?
A faucet is a reward system, in the form of a website or application, that dispenses rewards in the form of a satoshi,
which is a hundredth of a millionth BTC, for visitors to claim in exchange for completing a captcha or task as described by the website.
The main purpose of the faucet was to increase crypto awareness and reward satoshi.
The faucet surely help raise crypto awareness.
A word of caution, the faucet world is not that pretty though.
Lots of bad sites. Loaded with viruses, redirects or Mining bots.
Lots of websites offering big amounts for the tasks, but never pay etc.
So why do i say it's still worth doing it?
Firstly, Not all websites are bad, there are few who are still doing good and also have a decent reward for the time spent.
Secondly, if promoted properly and building a downline increases the chances of quicker accumulation.
and lastly, having a schedule and managing your time spend on doing the tasks on faucets.
Some things to be aware before joining any faucets
- Make sure you have a very good anti-virus installed on your system.
- Have ad-blocker installed. But be aware that most faucets require the ad-blocker to be disabled.
- Do a good research before you register to any faucet. Check the reviews, scam alerts etc.
- Patience
Just to make it clear, faucets will not make you rich. But it can be a stepping stone into the world of crypto.
It is good for beginners who just want to accumulate some crypto without doing any investment, other than time.
Crypto earned from faucets can also serve as a starting source for further investments.
On final note, As they say nothing is permanent. So the sites you promote today may get bust or stop paying in future.
Some may survive and re-invent themselves. Change is inevitable.
