The Diary Game #60: Share your day with us!|| Charity Sunday Service

Hello, Steemians from all over the world. Greetings to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic. Happy Sunday to you all. How was the service at your end? Mine was great. And I'll be sharing with you all how I spent my day. Please read on.

MORNING
I woke up this morning at 5 am. And the next thing I had in mind was to observe my morning devotion and get running to church to meet up with the time. On Sundays like this, we meet by 6: 45 am and anything later than 7:15 am, the person is late and will not be officiating that day.
So immediately after praying, I quickly went ahead to warm my food, bath and dress up for church. I had a few minutes left before the time, so I had to hasten up and I was able to get there in time.

In church
When I got there, the prayers were done, and soon we did voice training and the rehearsal started. I was the one that was to lead the choir today. So as the soloist, I stepped out and led the song during the rehearsal.

Soon, it was time for our Pre- service prayers. It's usually a 30 minutes prayers and the service proper starts with search the scriptures.
Today is actually a special service because it's out Charity Sunday.

And we were encouraged to bring gifts to share with one another.

The service ended by 12 pm and we were dismissed.

AFTERNOON

Before going home, I made sure to snap some pictures and make some short videos too. My church member that helped with the video was very patient with me and I was able to shoot the videos.
Soon I got home only to realize I wasn't with the key.
I called my roommate to know if she was with the key but she said no. Therefore I had to wait for the remaining two roommates. Soon, one of them returned and I was able to enter the hostel.
I quickly changed my clothes, warmed my food and ate.

The food
After eating I rested, used my phone to do some letter writing assignments in Igbo language.
I'm not from Igbo but I have to write a letter in Igbo to My mother.
I had to write in English first then used Chatgpt to translate to Igbo language.
When I was done, I picked up my books and read. I read about the Cardiac Cycle and it was an interesting one.

Soon it was evening and I went for koinonia.

EVENING
Koinonia is usually one hour 30 minutes so we were soon done and I went home.
I got home and was so hungry.
I ate and got engaged with other activities.
I ironed my clothes for tomorrow. When I was done,
I decided to write about my day.
