Today I am here with you. This is my first post in this community. I am a new member among you. Today I am here with a blog to participate in a competition. Participate in the competition.Many thanks to @ngoenyi for organizing this beautiful competition. Thanks to these beautiful competitions, we get the opportunity to reveal our hidden talents. Indeed, everyone has some true talent inside them. It is not always possible to reveal it due to some circumstances.But through all these competitions, we can express our talents.

Today I will share one of my recipes with you.The recipe is for crispy potato pakoras. It is very delicious to eat. It is especially crunchy so it is very nice to eat. In fact, nothing is possible without potatoes. Potatoes are a perfect vegetable in any dish. In fact, you can make this very easily and in less time on the go in the afternoon or for guests. Without further ado, let's get to my recipe.

  • Three potatoes
  • cornflour
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chili powder
  • Chaat masala

  • First I peeled the potatoes. Then I grated all the potatoes with a grater.

  • Now I washed the potatoes I had created thoroughly. Then I left them to drain for a while. Now I add salt to taste.

  • Then I added three tablespoons of cornflour.

  • Now I added a generous amount of turmeric powder and chili powder.

  • Now I kneaded all these ingredients well with my hands.Then I left it to rest for 10 minutes.Adding salt Adding salt will cause some water to come out of the potatoes.

  • Now I drained the water and rounded it with my hands to give it a round shape.

  • Then I put a frying pan on the other side of the stove. When the pan was hot, I poured some soybean oil into it. Then I had to wait until the oil was hot. When the oil was hot, I put the round potatoes into the oil.

  • Now I fried the pakoras on low heat until they turned brown. When they turned a beautiful brown color, I drained the oil and removed them from the stove.

  • Now I prepared the pakoras for serving. Hot pakoras are delicious with tomato sauce.
