Choices! What will it be? #64

Hi steemians, I trust you all are doing well in your various activities, may God continue to bless us all. 🙏 the organiser of this contest @patjewell I appreciate your efforts in Steem for ladies , for coming up with this contest titled; Choices! What will it be?.

Before I continue, Let me draw the attention of my friends so that they can engage in the contest too, @m-fdo @ruthjoe please do well to participate!

In life, everyone has been given the opportunity to decide on what to do and how to live his/her life. Even God who created us, gave us the right to make choices, and that is why he did not mandate anyone to serve him. Since even to serve our maker is a choice, it then means that choices is a crucial part of our life.

As humans, we make choices in everyday of our lives, choices of what to eat, where to go, the people to talk to, and even clothes to wear. Ma'am @patjewell has given us a lot of choices to make in today contest, and my choice for this contest is "Student".

A student is person who is engaged or enrolled in a formal education in order to learn either in a school or college.
A person who is in a primary, secondary or tertiary institution can be referred to as a student. But the type of student I will be talking about here is the student in a tertiary institution.

As a student in tertiary institution, there are a lot of privileges and right you enjoy while in school that you cannot enjoy at home when you are with your parent. And also there are challenges too that you encounter as well, as a student who is in a tertiary institution.

Some of the right and privileges that a student can enjoy in school is the fact that you are on your own, you make decisions for yourself, when to wake up from sleep, when to cook, what to cook, the church to attend, the kind of friends and peers you want to keep and mingle with and a whole lot of the privileges that cannot mention. All this and many more are enjoyed by a student. Not unlike when you are at home that will need to wake up as early as possible to sweep, wash, fetch water, wash your parents clothes and even cook breakfast for the family. As a student, you usually enjoys a stress free life.

Some of the challenges are the fact that you go through the stress of attending early morning lectures, and then you return back home and do everything for yourself with all the stress after school. The fact that some lecturers will be demanding for one thing or the other from you as a student, especially for the female students before they can give you A's in their courses, and no matter how hard you study, you will not still pass their course if you did not give them what they are demanding from you, except God intervene in your matter.

Some students also find it very difficult to raise money for their tuition fee, accomodation, feeding, upkeep and a lot of others either as a result of their family financial strength or how life chooses to treat them. They also face alot of intimidations from their fellow students who are coming from a wealthy or rich family than theirs.
All these and many more other challenges are faced by a student.

But the good part is, no matter the challenges and difficulties that a student will pass through in school, it is nothing compared to the Joy and happiness that is derived from the right, privileges, fun and excitement you get in school. You make new friends and meet with people of substance that will end up becoming your destiny helpers after school. There are also students who meet their life partners in school and the end up leaving happily ever after.

Finally, being a student is so super amazing and life in school is the best and will forever be the best!!🥰🤗🤗
