When I was about leaving home to church

Well my name is @owulama, and on my blog today I will be sharing with us about my day.
My post today is really going to be a nice read, so just take your time, feel relaxed and enjoy while reading.......

I woke up today being the 30th of June 2024, with excess joy, happiness and excitement. The feeling of excitement I felt today immediately I woke up from sleep is that feeling I have not heard for a very long time now. The most amazing thing is, there was no actual reason for the happiness, I was just feeling joyful for no reason😊😊😍

I woke up Abit late today because I didn't sleep early yesterday. It was at exactly 6:40am that I woke up today, and I couldn't even go out immediately I was awake because of the joy I was having within me, so I played music and was dancing in the room all alone. It was really crazy today morning 😁😁

While I was dancing, I noticed that time has already gone far and I needed to go and prepare for church service so I won't be late. Then I stopped the song, swept the house and fetched water to go and take my bath, so I can start preparing for service in order to avoid going late. I did not do other house chores, like washing of dishes, mopping and making breakfast before going to church because I was already behind scheduled, but I did that when I returned from church. Dancing really took a whole lot of my time today morning, but I am glad because I felt better when I was done dancing.

I arrived at the church by 8:50am and service is scheduled to start by 9:00am, though my intention was to go and attend the adult Sunday school which is usually by 8:00am to 9:00am before the service commence. But I was unable to attend it again because I arrived at the church late.

Immediately I reached the church premises, I went straight to the Sunday school class to start today lesson with my Sunday school children. We started with morning prayers, followed by praise/ worship, revision about last week lessons and before we then started with today's lesson which the topic was; Philip bore witness and we read from the book of Acts; 8:26-40. I explained the topic in details to them and asked them a few questions. To the glory of God they were able to answer all the questions and I was indeed impressed!

After the questions and answer segment, we collected offering, say the closing prayers and I snapped few pictures with some of the students before we all departed. That was around 11:15am in the morning.

When I got home from church, I immediately pulled off my clothes and went straight to bed because I was really tired. I slept from pass 11:00am till 2:30pm when lunch was ready. I stood up from bed, ate my lunch and went back to bed, this time around not to sleep though but to chat with some of my friends that were online. I chatted and watched short videos on Facebook till around 4:00pm when it was almost time for Family worship experience international (FWEI) program.

The program was scheduled to commence by 5:00pm, so I dressed up on time and arrived at the church premises before the scheduled time, so that I will not miss any section of the program.

The program was so so impactful and inspiring, I really learnt alot. Every section of the program ranging from the opening prayers, praise and worship, announcement, testimony, offering and down to the message was really a blast. I felt the presence of God so strong and I must confess that among all the series of programs I have attended this year so far, this particular one is the best yet. And it will continue tomorrow God's willing....

The program was just wow!!! And I cannot afford to miss tomorrow's program for any reason, because I strongly believes that God has alot of packages in store for me tomorrow.

The program ended at exactly 9:10pm to the glory of God. And on my way coming back home I stopped by the road side and bought some oranges before passing home, because I was having appetite for orange.

When I got home, I didn't do anything again, I just pulled off my clothes and lied down to start writing about my day, that was around pass 10:00pm. I was unable to even eat when I returned home again cause I was fed so well with the spiritual food (The word of God).

That was how my day was spent 🥰🥰
