From 47kg to 67kg? Wow that's a lot, but we can all understand that as a nursing mother, you added weight because of child bearing, it's definitely not your fault.

But I like the fact that you are working on controlling the weight.

8 months ago when I visited my elder sister, she was constantly doing exercise in the morning because she was afraid of adding weight.

But just exercise alone didn't help her, she also watched her diet. Sadly, I was a vegetarian for almost 3months in her house even though I didn't like it. But it was very useful.

The food you shared here is a healthy one. Sadly I don't know about pepino but we have other ingredients here.

Maybe, I would try this here too for a healthy feeding.
