I am here today to put one of my entries in the contest organized by Ma'am. Today I am going to show you how to make a dress. All the things I needed to make this dress are:

• Scissors
• 3 yards of cloth
• Measuring tape
• Chalk

Now I will show you the cutting and sewing of this dress and describe the steps to make it.
Body=35"
Sest = 31"
Sleeve = 18"
Hour = 10"
Hang = 43"

Step 1

First I measured my body measurements by double folding 14" long. The front neck is 6" and the back neck is 4".
Then putt 6" and armpit exercise 6.50".
Body = 35"+3" but bust 31"+2"
And I took a 13"+14" saddle.

Step 2

In this step I cut to size with scissors.

Step 3

In step 3 I cut the bottom part of the dress into two 34" folds.

Step 4

In this step I cut the neckline of the dress to 1.50".

Step 5

In this step I cut the sleeve to 18"+1" and the cuff to 10"+1".

Step 6

At this stage I came to the sewing machine and sewed the neck band on both sides of the dress.

Step 7

In this step, I sewed the shoulder part together by two parts.

Step 8

In this last step I sewed the body on both sides.

Step 9

In this step I sewed the bottom parts together and cut them to size.

Step 10

In this step I completed my work by sewing the upper part with the lower part and sewing the sleeves.

This is how I sewed my little frock.
