The team are all hardworking women who are committed to the development of Steemit. It is our belief that through this team support and advice will be shared with love and whole-hearted dedication.

For those of you who are not aware of the duties of moderators;

Duties of Moderators

• Moderators verify posts according to the basic rules of Steemit and on the days assigned to them (no AI content, no plagiarism, bot-free, etc.).
• Moderators are actively involved in the community at all times.
• Moderators at all times uplift the spirit of the community and lend a helping hand by giving advice and guidance.
• Moderators commit to the growth of the community and Steemit.
• Moderators launch contest posts with the consent of the admin.
• Moderators are allowed to promote setting beneficiaries for the community and @null but are not allowed to enforce it.
• Moderators are willing to be part of progressive changes in the community.
• Moderators should follow all the campaigns set out by the Steemit team and also follow the Steemit team's programs, such as taking part in the Engagement Challenges, etc.

We invite more ladies to join this community. Together, we can achieve common goals.
