It's Saturday, 30th of November.

It has been a hectic week filled with house chores, and the weather has been really rough. Thankfully, It held up when the construction was in full swing. It's a great relief to see everything coming together as we have planned. My husband was also busy overseeing the construction of our new building, so he did not have much time to relax with us.

Finally, the weekend is here. It is wonderful to have him back at home with not much work on his head. We have been waiting to enjoy some much-needed family time and some homemade food.

It was sad to see how Vihan was annoyed at being stuck with me with nothing exciting to do. It was really dark and cold this morning when I woke up. I don't like days without sunshine; It makes me feel less energetic. However, I managed to get through my house chores and I have been researching how to make Pizza at home. Since it's the weekend all of us are finally at home, I decided to give it another try. Getting the dough right was my target as it didn't turn out well the last time.

I was thrilled to see how my dough turned out. It was much better than the previous time I tried making pizza at home. The recipe was on point and the texture of the dough was amazing. I had to let it rest for a few hours because it's a cold day It will take a little longer to double the size of the dough. We went out for a short drive to get some groceries.

We went to the construction site to spend our evening. It was great to be out with little Vihan after a week indoors. He had a wonderful time playing with water while we were watering the slab.

The wind was chilling, and slowly the darkness approached earlier than usual. I returned home to make pizza. Since I wanted to try everything from scratch, I didn't even use bottled pizza sauce. I tried it myself. Surprisingly, it did not take much time to assemble everything together. Soon, the house was filled with the delightful aroma of Italian spices, making it feel like a small bakery.

The Pizza was delicious! I was really happy to see the same kind of pizza that we bought from the restaurant. My husband complimented me and he even suggested to share it with his colleagues.

After dinner, I enjoyed my time relaxing and playing with Vihan. It was a much-needed break for all of us after a busy week. later, I watched a TV series on YouTube and it was time for us to end the day.
