Okay, there is one problem. It is not written in the Steem For Ladies community.
What you can do is to delete it where you have posted it with a "error" in the subject line and then repost it again in the SFL community.

Accidents happen and for sure it's not the first time. Can be my bad connection causes it too. Just lost my dolpin post but strangely enough it showed after 10 minutes. I am glad it did (and it's a reason I don't write online). 🍀❤️
There's been problems with post and comments not showing straight away in Steemit. It's been happening recently but was told that the developers are looking into it.
