Hi @aaliarubab! Before making this decision I thought about it a lot. You see lately how things are going with steem and the trend is to fall further. I have come to the conclusion "better now than late".
Also, as always I put a lot of care and effort into making my posts attractive, and for months now I've been getting quite a few token cents (and 25% for Burnsteem) which makes my work pointless and discouraging. Two weeks ago, I even stopped organizing the Colour Contest and the Travel Contest, as I did not have enough funds to reward the winners... :(
What's your take on this crash?
You know what,. I like your content. When I open your post in the morning, at that time I just awaken my eyes, I decide that you deserve more and more. So , I pick your post and sent it for booming. Fortunately, you got sc02 vote. So I replaced. But your reward is still hold.
After sometime, I have to verify Community posts,. Problem was that I was out of town. Still I tried to verify the posts. When I opened your wallet. I was shocked 😳😳 to see power down. Still I didn't label you, because I know your contribution on the platform. you are very well aware by the rules and regulations of Steemit. It's popped in my mind, when I'll be come back, I'll ask him. So finally I make comments. And you have replied me very well. Thank you friend ☺️.

Always hope for the good. When I joined this astonishing platform, these words were in my mind always.
As far as reward is concerned, you must have funds.. if you have no funds then only admins of that specific communities can support you by Community account.
