Steemians just LOVE "The Diary Game" so we’ve decided to start this season with a diary contest on every week. On every week , I'll select best contributors.

You might ask why health has to do with keeping a diary. The answer is, a lot! It is through your diary that you will get a better understanding of your health.

Why is a health diary important?


A health diary will give you a better understanding of your health. In most cases, people don't realize their medical symptoms or illness. This ignorance of one's health can magnify one's health issues even more.

What do we expect from the conest?


For this weekly contest, we want you to write a diary entry about one of your days. Of importance is that you include health factors like;

• Your diet
• The medicines or vitamins you take, if any
• The water you drank
• The exercise you did
• What you did to relax
• The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

Remember, it is your diary, so write about your day and health.

In closure, write one paragraph about what you’ve discovered about your day and your health, and if there is anything you need to change to live a healthy life.

Soups are an important source of vitamins due to all the vegetables they contain. In Venezuela we make soups by adding an animal protein such as Chicken, Fish, Beef Rib or Beef Bones which provides many more benefits and is thicker. Likewise, soup is a good nutrient for our health. I hope you're well. Greetings.

I love Grapes: Red, green or purple. In reality, fruits are rich sources of vitamins and must be consumed. Although there is currently a campaign that says that because they are sweet they become sugar that is harmful to the body. I don't think so since it is a natural and unprocessed sugar and it dissolves quickly in the body. What does the most damage is the white sugar that we consume in juices and that does damage all the vitamin potential of the fruit. You should always eat them raw, which is best, and if you consume them in juices, do not add sugar. Thank you for sharing your diary with this community.

Hmm Coco. I love coconut, its water and its pulp. Did you know that coconut water helps you recover from dehydration due to diarrhea or chemotherapy. If we lose a lot of fluid from our body we lose many minerals and electrolytes and Coconut water helps us quickly recover all that was lost and revives us immediately. How lucky are those who have one of those plants in their homes. And the pulp can be made into sweets, extract its milk to prepare meals based on coconut milk. Delicious.
