Hi everyone this is me M.Abdullah with another new participation post. I am fine and I hope that you all will also be fine.Today I am here to participate in a contest wich is about the Multi-Vitamins in the Healthy Steem Community.So before answering the questions I will like to explain that what is multi-vitamins .

Multi-Vitamins tablets :

Multivitamins tablets are generally tablets that have many vitamins and minerals which are good for your health because it can give you those vitamins of which there is need in your body means that it makes your health good.Now I will answer the questions of the contest.

Have you ever taken a multivitamin before? Why?

At one of my Summer vacations I had got admission at a football academy as well as I was playing football with my friends one day at road which was near by my house. At that road while playing football I got injured at one of my foot but at time I think that it will be a little injury but later on I observed that it isn't a simple and small injury which would be fixed in a hour or in an day but it was like a big injury which was fixed may be after almost a week of wearing a palastar at my foot . Then after that I didn't went to the football academy.At that time may be I have eaten multivitamins.I don't know that wether I eaten multivitamins or not .Because this situation was very old like some years old.And I was not thinking that is it multivitamins or not.

What are the goods and bars of multivitamins to our health?
Goods of Multivitamins :

Their are may of the benefits of the Multivitamins .Some of the Multivitamins are as under.

  • Fulfill the requirements.
  • Boost the immunity.
  • Bones strength.
Fulfill The requirements :

Eating the tablets of the multivitamins could prove good for our health because it helps to give many vitamins to our body in which our body can also get those vitamins which there is need in our body means that it fulfill our body requirements.

Boost the Immunity :

The multivitamin tablets also help our immunity to boost so it can easily fight germs and other bacteria and also other attackers which attract into our body .

Bones Strenght :

While eating tablets of the multivitamins can also give you vitamins that are good for the bones strength such as Calculim which are good to make the bones stronger .

Bars of Multivitamins :

There are many negative effects of the multivitamins.Some of the bad effects are as under.

  • Excessive use of multivitamins.
  • Make you ignore healthy food.
Excessive use of Multivitamins :

Taking excessive multivitamins tablets can harm your health because it will be difficult for your body to digest it properly because you will be taking much tablets like excessive eating of tablets .Like it can put stress on the liver and kidneys .So it is very bad for the organs.

Make you ignore healthy food :

Eating all time multivitamins will make you feel to skip healthy food because you are getting all vitamins in the form of multivitamins tablets which is bad because healthy foot is the right source of vitamins not the tablets and also as above I explain that excessive use of tablets can stress on the liver and kidneys.

Much use of the multivitamins tablets could be bad for the health.


Do you believe that everyone should take multivitamin tabelts or are they only necessary for certain groups of people?
Can take Multivitamins :

People who don't have good health because there are some vitamins needed to their body but they can't get that because of unbalanced diet so for this situation multivitamins are good because there are many vitamins which fulfill the requirements of the body and is this case your health became better means that then you will have a good health.But much use of the multivitamins tablets can be bad for our health so it is good to fulfill the requirements from the balance diet.

Should Not take Multivitamins :

People who take a balance diet then in this case their are all vitamins which is required to your body is achieved then it also make your health better and make a good health.Then this person should not take multivitamins because its balance diet give all vitamins which the body needed.This should be in the mind that excess of the multivitamins tablets can make it difficult for some of your organs to work properly so take the tablet whenever it is needed but it is good to take a balance diet to be healthy and to complete all your body requirements.



What do you think about the differences between synthetic and natural vitamins? Which do you prefer?

So now I will differentiate between the Synthetic vitamins and Natural Vitamins.

Synthetic vitamins
are generally those vitamins that are formed in the laboratory in the form of tablets by chemical processes. These synthetic vitamins may be sometimes not digest in the body and can put stress on the some organs like kidneys etc. The body may be not use them properly as it is compared to the natural vitamins.The example of Synthetic vitamins is the vitamins C which is found in the Ascorbic Acid .
Natural vitamins
are mostly or basically found in fruits vegetables and milk etc they are the natural sources of the vitamins which are good for our health it can make our health good by a balanced diet. They are more easy for the body to digest these vitamins when it is compared to the synthetic vitamins.The body can use this vitamins more properly as compared to the synthetic vitamins.The example of the natural vitamins are the oranges which contain vitamin C .

In your opinion, how important is it to consult a healthcare professional before starting a multivitamin regimen?

I tink so tat is would be important to consult a doctor for starting a regular multivitamins tablets because their the doctor may prefer the right multivitamins tablets which is preferable for your health and they can also tell you that if you don't need a multivitamins tablets and also they can tell you about how many times and on which time you should ea t the tablets and also they can tell you that the tablets should be eaten after a meal or before a meal.Also They can also tell you that you also need a specific vitamin so that you can get a food in which that vitamin is in large amount or also they can prefer to eat a balance diet if their is a small requirements of your body and also can tell you that it can harm your health when you started taking it too much or at a same time using too much tablets can harm your health. Anyway natural vitamins are better to eat like eating fruits like oranges for vitamin C etc instead of using multivitamin tablets for vitamin C etc.

Anyway I think so that eating natural vitamins such as oranges for vitamin C etc or a balance diet may be more beneficial for your health more then the multivitamin tablets because these tablets could sometime be difficult for your body to digest when you eat them too much.

Taking multivitamins is good but we should not misuse it by taking it anyway even when our health doesn't require it. Good luck to you
