ANEMIA:.is seen as a conditions that rises when your blood produces lower than normal of health red blood cells or hemoglobin to carry out oxygen to the body's tissue.
It can also be seen as the reduction of in hemoglobin (Hb) or hematocrit (HCT)
Hemoglobin is the protein found in red blood cells that carries out oxygen from the lungs to all other organs in the body.
Anemia is the most common blood disorder that doesn't allow your body to get enough oxygen rich blood. This is the presentation of the above condition and it can be subdivided into normocytic, macrocytic and microcytic.
Having anemia can lead to weakness tiredness and shortness of breath.

We have many forms of anemia and each has its own cause. Anemia can be long and short term. It can range from mild to severe. Is can also be a sign of serious illness.
But if it is another disease that causes the anemia, the disease can mask the anemia symptoms. Then test for another sickness can find the anemia.
That's to tell you that the are many causes of Anemia but let's focus on this fews.

(1) PREGNANCY: this is when the body requires more red blood cells and hemoglobin. Because pregnant women have more lymphatic fluid cells than normal resulting in anemia.
And if Anemia is not treated during pregnancy, the woman can give birth to iron- deficiency children, which can affects a child growth rate and brain development.

(2) BLOOD DONATION: this is very true especially for infants and small children that have many blood tests.

(3) KIDNEY DESESE: A patient with kidney problem can
affect the body's ability to make red blood cells production.

(4) SHORT OF BLOOD: Blood loss is often the more responsible causes of anemia.

(5) INFECTIONS: infections like, mycoplasma bacteria,
Clostridium bacteria and plasmodium spp, which is the causative agent of malaria.

PREVENTIONS

We have many ways to prevent Anemia. Changes in diet can help to reduce anemia in some cases.
To prevent Anemia you have to eat foods that are rich in iron,
✅ vitamin, folate, B12 with vitamin A, and others nutrients.
Such as fruit, and vegetables which can help the body to absorb iron.
✅. Prevent and treat heavy menstrual bleeding before or after birth.
✅ Prevent and treat malaria seriously.
Get vaccinated and practice good hygiene to prevent infections .
