Health Matters: "Multi-vitamins"
I am @akbarmia, from Bangladesh
Yes, I have taken multivitamins before. It is a great, effective medicine for a weak body. The last time I took a multivitamin was last year. I suddenly got a fever and could not eat or drink. When I went to the doctor, he checked and said that I was infected with dengue fever. I was suffering from dengue fever for several days, and as a result, my body became very weak. Then the doctor advised me to take multivitamins. I then took multivitamins and got good results.
Multivitamin is an important ingredient for our body, which increases our physical strength. Below are the products and bars of vitamins for our health:
Multivitamin Goods
Multivitamin Tablets and Capsules: We take various types of multivitamin tablets or capsules to boost our body's nutrition and immune system. For example: Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Zinc B etc.

Multivitamin Syrup: Children cannot take tablets or capsules, so syrups are made for them. Used to increase the nutritional needs of children, strengthen bones and increase immunity.
Calcium and Vitamin D: Calcium deficiency is especially problematic for the elderly, so calcium and vitamin D multivitamins are made for them.
Multivitamin in water: There are multivitamin products in water rich in vitamins C and B for quick action in our body. Which helps us to increase energy quickly.
Multivitamin Bars
There are many standardized multivitamin bars in the market to benefit our interests, such as:
- Kind Bars
- RX Bar
- Protein Bar
- Energy Bar etc.
In my opinion, multivitamins are not necessary for everyone; multivitamins should be taken according to the person's age, condition and health. Because a healthy person needs to eat foods rich in nutrients and protein, multivitamins are not needed if these foods are eaten regularly. For those who need a multivitamin, the following are highlighted:
Elderly: Elderly people, in particular, are deficient in vitamin D and vitamin B12, so they need to take a multivitamin.

Nursing and Pregnant Mothers: Nursing and pregnant mothers often need a multivitamin as they are deficient in folate and iron.
Children: Multivitamins are recommended by doctors for children's bone strength and brain development.
Weakness and Chronic Illness: People who suffer from chronic illness and poor health need a multivitamin.
Some differences exist in the source and efficacy of synthetic and natural vitamins. They are discussed in light below:
Synthetic Vitamins: Synthetic vitamins are produced by humans through chemical processing in labs. It is mainly made by adding some chemicals with the help of natural ingredients. It may be easily absorbed by the body and, in some cases, may not. Synthetic vitamins are zinc-B, iron tablets, vitamin C etc.

Natural Vitamins: Natural vitamins are those obtained from natural ingredients or foods. It can be easily absorbed by the body. Works better than synthetic vitamins. Natural vitamins are vitamin C from sour foods, vitamin D from fish oil, etc.
My choice:
My choice is the natural vitamin because it can be obtained from the ingredients or food. It fulfils the body's morning vitamin needs and has virtually no side effects.

Of course, advice from a doctor or health practitioner should be sought before starting a multivitamin regimen. We know that everything has its rules and proper procedures. Likewise, the different amounts to start a multivitamin regimen, for whom it is applicable, food rules, specific dosages, etc., have to be taken according to the routine. If we unknowingly take multivitamins on our own, it can cause side effects, which can lead to health problems. I think a doctor should be consulted before starting a multivitamin regimen.
