Healthy life is what everyone need and everyone in this contest is explain what to do to remain healthy and have a healthy life.
Eating oatmeal is good for health, also milk. Moreover, eating before going to bed at night we should be able to sleep later than 2 hours and, lastly, your point about 3 meals a day is right, that a person cannot digest food at a time.
