Wk 28: The Diary Game and Your Health | 💊 🏥 My Routine

Today was a great day! I started my day with a glass of warm water with lemon to jump start my metabolism. Then I had a slice of fig slices for breakfast. This was my first fig slice of the year! I drank lots of water throughout the day and even incorporated some coffee into my morning routine. I generally followed a balanced diet full of different nutrients. I took my daily dose of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, calcium and magnesium. I also drank a cup of chamomile tea before bed to help with relaxation and a good night's sleep. I was pretty active throughout the day doing my regular exercises including 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of yoga. I felt energized and focused throughout the day. To relax, I spent some time reading a book and listening to soothing music outside. I had no pain or discomfort throughout the day. I felt really good both physically and mentally.

Overall, this day was a great example of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I hope I can continue this positive habit in the future. Lately, I've realized that I spend too much time in front of a screen, whether it's a computer, phone, or TV. It's important to allow enough time for rest and relaxation, so I'll try to limit my screen time to two hours a day. Also, I plan to add more physical activities to my routine. In addition to my regular gym sessions, I aim to start walking or cycling to work a few times a week.

Wow, i love your breakfast warm water with lemon. It is very effective to the body. I wish you success in your entry

It seems that you take good care of yourself, eating figs is very healthy, it provides a lot of energy, but I can't distinguish if you eat the fig ripe or green.

In my country, we only eat sweet figs, by the way, they make them stuffed with arequipe or condensed milk, it is spectacular, not like a breakfast.
