How to get healthy without spending much on medication

Introduction

Hello my great people of #Healthy #steem it's my pleasure to share with you guys some native treatment that can be use to maintain our body system, because sometimes we might not have money to visit doctor quickly.

Even if we have money we need to have in mind that our forefathers survive without a medical treatment and the were even live longer. Am very sure that they live healthy and strong. My name still remain @crystal247. Welcome to my blog.

Some native treatment that cure faster than medication

Let me start from telling you guys about my mom. My mom survive with native treatment for 64 years now. She familiar with a lot of roots and leaf 🍃 that can be mix with each other to take as enema. Some times she mix some roots in hot water or dry gin to take it as tea every morning, I believe this actually watched her body system gradually making her to feel more stronger.

They're some treatment which I may not actually know how to describe it in English which I learned from my mom and I also experience it myself, I mean some native treatment which is consist of roots and leaf with drinks.

This particular leaf 🍃 am holding in this picture can be use to cure malaria sickness, after you start experiencing some malaria symptoms you act immediately before getting worst. The leaf can be use to bath after boiling it with hot water and it can also be mixed with it roots.

You can mix the leaf with it roots including lemon grass and boiled, after you take it has tea, morning and evening. It can actually clean up your body system and killed some bacterias, restoring back your body system.

They're some ways to prevent ourselves from contacting malaria which may actually help us in reducing health expenses.

When we look back to the ancient times, we see that a lot of humans survive with just a native treatment. In those days people really value native foods especially without preservation. Food like, cocoyam, plantains, casava, and yam. This kind of foods promote healthy.

It's necessary to know and familiar with some valuable leaf that can help us, preventing us from malaria or any other related disease.

conclusion

The idea of how we can cure our sickness through native treatment or roots, either by drinking or by enema can easily be found in the mouth of our elders, our father really know this.
I think it's good to learn about this process.

Knowing different ways of treating yourself without seeking for doctor help or going hospitals, really help in this regards.
