Millions die smoking every year : I quit smoking this day 20 years ago

Billions smoke, millions die, and billions of dollars vanish into the thin air every year because of smoking habits. That’s true, millions of people die every year because they use tobacco in different forms.

But they still smoke, although the number of smokers is decreasing of late. That’s because the price of cigarettes has gone beyond many smokers!

Most people want to quit this dangerous habit, but they are not being successful for different reasons. They either have no willpower to quit or have no support from the social or family level.

Actually, the need to increase the quantity of nicotine remains the only alternative to relax the mind of a smoker. Once the dose reaches a level of chain smoking, some of them want to come out of the grip of nicotine.

In fact, some people are willing to give up smoking but unable to do so because they cannot quit nicotine easily. They almost become slaves to the smoking habit. In the beginning, when a person takes up smoking, they feel relaxed, but at a later stage, a tolerance level develops for regular smoking.

Once the receptors develop in the brain of smokers, they become active and release hormones like dopamine and adrenaline. The fundamental problem the user might face is that his brain gets used to nicotine, which increases the craving while trying to quit smoking.

The craving remains most active during the first three days later. However, it decreases gradually, and the user does not feel its intensity as much as the first couple of days do. I quit in a day without ever smoking again.

If a smoker who has just quit and is craving particular points can get rid of them with the help of avoiding places, people, and time, he most likely missed smoking. I know this is difficult to quit, but you can do it with a little support from your family and friends and willpower, of course.

Today, the trend of smoking cigarettes among people is decreasing rapidly. But until a few years ago, a large number of people used to smoke regularly.

Cigarettes contain tobacco, which can cause serious diseases. Cigarettes contain nicotine, which can make a person addicted to it. This is the reason that once a person starts smoking, he smokes again and again.

I smoked cigarettes until July 28th, 2004, and I was a chain smoker, but then I felt that even one cigarette a day was not safe. All that I can say is that if you smoke more cigarettes, then you will suffer the same if you smoke fewer cigarettes. There will be harm to your health no matter how many cigarettes you smoke.

If you smoke, then immediately try to change this habit and stop smoking, and if you quit smoking completely, it will prove to be very beneficial for you. I can tell you only this—nothing but your willpower works the best for quitting smoking.

Smoking cigarettes causes serious damage to your lungs, heart, and brain. Smoking can cause lung disease, heart attack, brain stroke, cancer, diabetes, and respiratory problems. In such a situation, people should stay away from cigarettes. Smoking cigarettes does not benefit the body in any way, and those who think it gives them relief, I say they are wrong.

Cigarette smoke affects your lungs the most. This reduces the supply of oxygen in your body. And if the air pollution in your area is at a higher level, smoking cigarettes in such an environment will reduce the capacity of your lungs.

Excessive smoking of cigarettes can lead to kidney failure. Cigarettes are dangerous for patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. Patients with asthma or other respiratory diseases should immediately quit smoking to reduce health risks.

Indeed ,smoking is injurious to health .The cigarettes packet here have clearly written on them that it is injurious to health .
And it is a very popular saying that a cigarette takes you one step closer to your death.
I'm proud that U left smoking at such an early age .This is an achievement it self because it is very difficulty to get over addictions to easily and then when we talk about chain smoking then it's even more difficult.
We have read many demerits of smoking and not a single advantage it.This thing has no advantage and it is just use for relaxing and temporary basics.

Lol, what an interesting final quote. Pretty original to burn Steem, right? I guess this was really difficult to an uncle of mine where he had that bad habit with strong dependence of coffee too. The fact is: you did get rid of this. Congratulations on keeping your healthy status away during these twenty long years friend.
