Greetings friends, how are you? I hope all you fine and happy. Let's meet me again i am your very own Faran Nabeel and today am again here to participate in healthy steem contest and today i will discuss about stress eating in this post. So, stay tuned with me for knowing my thoughts about this topic.
What is stress eating?
Stress is like as the emotional damage or anxiety and it maybe happen due to pressure of uncomfortable, and stress eating is a common phenomenon where we turn to food as a coping mechanism for stress or other strong emotions such as failure pressure or any other that's hurt our emotions. We eat food for the forgot our stress and anxiety. And another cause is that when we experience stress, our body's "fight or flight" response is triggered, releasing hormones and these hormones can stimulate appetite and increase cravings for comfort foods that are often high in sugar or unhealthy fat.
Negative effects of stress eating?
Stress eating can have a many negative consequences on both physical and mental health because due to cause of stress pressure we eat unhealthy foods such as we eat food that is rich in high calories and sugar. We eat sweet food that can be a cause of weight gain and obesity. Eating unhealthy and high fat can be a cause of chronic. disease such as diabetes and heart disease it can also be a cause of poor digestion and can damage pur stomach as well. It is also affects our mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression

Personally i don't that i have fall in this condition but some time when something make me worried and cause of anxiety i eat sweets that's are high in calories. But i didn't think before it is a stress eating and i eat sweet because of my stress level and my anxiety condition. I think that i like sweet food so, i eat them but nope it is due to stress and anxiety. So, here is my experience of stress eating that i didn't know before this challenge.
