What do you recommend for a good breakfast? Tell us what benefits there are to eating this way.

  • A very good breakfast is a oatmeal with some a fruit and nuts are very good for health.

Oatmeal has alots of fiber and which helps to you feel full or is good for your belly. Fruits are give you a vitamins that to keep you healthy. The Nuts or seeds are add in healthy fats or protein are giving you alot energy or helping to your brain work well.

Eating this good breakfast can be help you or focus better to keep your energy up and keep you your blood sugar or steady. It is very a simple and healthy way to start your day with good breakfast.

The Junk food has a lots of sugar or bad fats and salt to Eating too much fastfood can make us gain weight or because it has many calories or but not many good things in our body to needs. This can lead to the heart problems or diabetes and the high blood pressure.

This Junk food are also make us feel tired or less to focused because it does not give us a good energy. It can make in our mood to change or make us to feel hungry again soon.

To Eating too much junk food are also make it to hard or go to the bathroom. It is important to eat the healthy foods and most of the time to stay the healthy or feel good.

Is it good to eat dinner at night? Tell us why you think this way

  • Yes to eating the light dinner at night is very good but we should to do it the right way.

The Dinner gives us energy or important the nutrients. It can helps us feel full or so we do not want to eat the unhealthy snacks later.

It is the best to eat the dinner in a few hours to before bed. This gives to our bodies the time to digest to the food and Eating too late can make its hard to sleep and cause the stomach ache.

A healthy dinner should are have vegetable or lean meat and whole grains. These foods are keep us healthy and give us to steady the energy.

So these eating dinner at the night is good but it is the best to eat healthy foods and not eat too late.

Is it better to have two or three meals a day? Explain your answer.

Eating the breakfast or lunch and dinner gives us to your body and energy in all day. Breakfast to starts in your day well and lunch to keep you going and the dinner fills up to you in the evening.

With this three meals are you won’t get too the hungry or want to unhealthy snacks. It is also helps to keep your in energy steady so that you can feel to good and to focus better.

If you can only eat this two meals are you might to get too hungry between the meals. This are make you to eat too much or choose unhealthy foods. You can might the also feel and tired or less focused.

So these eating three meals are in a day helps you can stay healthy or feel good by the giving your body to what it needs at the right times.
